Jahreskonferenz der European Group of Public Administration (EGPA)

Are public sector reforms in the interest of the citizens? Evaluation of reform projects from a customer and citizen perspective

The objective of this workshop is to explore the impact of a more citizen-oriented and customer-oriented view of reforms and to discuss the cause, processes, and outputs of reforms from a theoretical, as well as an empirical, perspective. Many reforms intend to strengthen and improve the relationship between public institutions and their stakeholders. Citizen charters, one-stop shops, service-level guarantees, performance indicators, customer/citizen relationship management, customer/citizen surveys, etc. are only a few of the various kinds of customer-oriented reform elements that will be discussed in theory and practice.

Der Workshop wird geleitet von Hellmut Wollmann, Kuno Schedler und Adrian Ritz
